This position requires to perform a variety of administrative duties such as answering the 3PL Operation Inbound and Outbound Tracking, Operation Trouble Shooting, Document filing and liaising with another department.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Check and shared information in daily warehouse started from receiving and shipping area including negotiation with HOB, transportation company, filing and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements (technical service, etc), ensuring accuracy of shipments, and supporting documentation, ensuring inventory transaction are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
- Disseminating info from management or HQ to all Team Leader and Warehouse Crew. Shared the information with Team Leader and Warehouse Crew work instructions for related tasks.
- Issuing all orders regarding receiving and delivery from management.
- Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
