- Help customers protect their accounts by reviewing suspicious activity, reversing transactions and reissuing compromised debit and credit cards
- Answer questions about account types and banking products, such as CDs, money market accounts, loans and credit cards
- Check on the status of customer accounts and track checks and payments
- Assist customers with replacing lost or stolen credit or debit cards
- Assist banking customers who are victims of fraud, theft or identity theft

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in speaking and writing English
- Minimum of 1 year Customer service in Banking preferably in BPO industry
- Be a native Malaysian
- should be willing to work 24/7 monthly rotational work shift

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
