**Position Objective**
- Credit surveillance activities focus on forward looking perspectives and trends of risks that may impact the bank.
- Coordinating and preparing minutes for Credit Resolution Committee (CRC) meeting.
- Monitoring asset quality trends via preparation of reports and analysis, providing strategic risk view.
- Tracking & reporting of exposures secured by shares.
- Review and maintain acceptable standards of panel valuers that fulfills the Bank's business requirements.
- Regulatory reporting to BNM and Non-Regulatory reporting the management committee as and when required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate the Credit Resolution Committee (CRC) meeting including minutes writing.
- Tracking the asset quality of the respective Business Unit via Credit Risk Reports (Top/Emerging Risk, Detailed FAIR/RA/NRA Report) - Prepare, analyses and table report to the respective stakeholders, Senior Management, Board Committees.
- Preparation of Share Concentration Report to Group Management Credit Committee (GMCC).
- Other Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by Head, Group Credit Risk Management/GCRO.

**Skills/Knowledge**
- Tertiary Education. In the absence, min 8 years experiences in Handling/Managing Credit and Approval / Monitoring of all ranges of loans i.e. personal to corporate at Managerial level.
- Professional credit certification such as CCP/CCE or any relevant is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of retail and business credit especially in credit risk assessment, financial analysis and risk management.
- Analytical and self-starter.
- Inclination - with numbers and ability to analyse in depth.
- Sound Knowledge of Industry, Market and General Businesses.
- Ability to interact with all levels of people.
- Good knowledge in credit products and services.
- Familiar with BNM's credit policy & procedures, compliance and regulatory requirements.
