Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President - Digital Marketing, located in WP., Kuala Lumpur. The Vice President - Digital Marketing will be responsible for overseeing digital marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and leading a team of marketing professionals. The role includes developing and implementing marketing plans, driving engagement and conversion rates, and optimizing marketing efforts across various digital channels. Responsibilities also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives.

  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics
  • Create, drive and execute customer acquisition performance
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
  • Proficiency in content creation and copywriting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the outsourcing or technology industry is advantageous
