Job Description

  • Develop and implement capital financing strategies to meet organizational goals, advising clients on strategic financial moves.
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of corporate clients while fostering long-term relationships.
  • Identify and evaluate investment opportunities to enhance the organization's financial performance.
  • Lead negotiations and structure financing solutions tailored to client needs in accordance to financial standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to junior team members within the banking & financial services department.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders and senior management.

A Successful Senior Vice President, Capital Financing Should Have

  • A strong background in capital financing within the financial services industry.
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Proven skillset in financial advisory and ability to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
