Customer Service - Mandarin Speaker

Job Descriptions:
Provides support for orders, enrollments, inquiries, concerns, and events for Wellness Advocates in Malaysia.

Key responsibilities:
2. Communicate effectively on customers enquiries
3. Support related events
4. Provide clerical and administrative support to management office if needed
5. Perform warehouse duties (receiving and inspection of goods into warehouse and stock take) if needed
6. Perform any duties as assigned by the Manager

Results expected:
1. Process walk in orders
3. Resolve complaints
4. Research and resolve problems with Wellness Advocate orders promptly and courteously
5. Respond to member concerns in a professional manner
6. Ad-hoc reporting or projects as needed

**Requirements**:
1. Team player, enthusiastic, out-going, people oriented, good communication and phone skills
2. Ability to work independently
3. Well-organized and thorough, even under pressure
4. Willingness to learn
5. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
6. Multi-tasking

Qualifications/experience:
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
2. Good command of English and Chinese language abilities: reading, writing, and speaking.
3. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

**Salary**: Up to RM3,800.00 per month

**Education**:
