Job Description:

- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of properties, including electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
- Inspecting properties regularly to identify and address maintenance and repair needs
- Coordinating with outside vendors and contractors to perform repairs and maintenance as needed
- Managing maintenance budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize property value
- Managing a team of technicians and providing training and support as needed
- Communicating regularly with property owners, tenants, and management to ensure high-quality service and timely resolution of issues
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance and repair activities

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of experience in related field
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
- Proven experience managing a team of technicians and coordinating with outside vendors and contractors
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
- Professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
