The role entails coordinating with internal business units and support function to implement ESG initiatives and practices, effectively monitoring the company sustainability progress and ensuring comprehensive sustainability disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 5-7 years' related working experience, preferably with exposure in sustainability energy management, corporate sustainability, ESG, auditing or similar/relevant scope
- Experience in sustainability reporting standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISO 14001and ISO 45001 etc..
- Ability to analyse data and present findings that effectively contributes towards formulation and implementation of sustainability strategies.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to work with Senior Management and across different divisions.
- Well-organized, self-driven, resourceful, attention to details, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of the company overall corporate sustainability framework and strategies, as well as ensuring that ESG considerations are integrated holistically across the operations.
- Analyse the sustainability data and information pertaining to Environmental ( Energy, Carbon Emissions, Water & Waste Management) and Social (Safety & Health, Human Capital & Corporate Responsibility) and Governance.
- Coordinate, manage and monitor the progress of the implementation of the sustainability programs and action plans, ensure accurate and effective reporting across various platforms.
- Development of ESG matters related to the company core businesses, including the national ESG-themed policies/guidelines, and reporting guidelines, ensuring the smooth integration of these developments into operations.
- Communicate sustainability issues to relevant departments and operating units for immediate response and actions.
- Liaise and work closely with all departments on sustainability targets, activities, initiatives.
- Responsible for sustainability training and awareness among employees and via corporate website, LinkedIn etc.
- Review internal ESG policies/framework to ensure alignment to latest ESG requirements.
- Establish Net-zero energy roadmap, GHG emissions target and renewable energy target.
- Manage CSR activities and data across business units, aligning them with the company’s values and CSR strategic themes.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
