Oversee procurement of agricultural raw materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Create and execute procurement plans based on company needs and inventory levels.
- Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers. Negotiate contracts and terms and maintain supplier relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms to ensure competitive conditions.
- Create and track purchase orders. Manage order confirmations, invoices, and payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast future needs, and coordinate with warehousing and logistics to optimize inventory management.
- Ensure purchased products and materials meet quality standards and specifications. Address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends, price changes, and new products.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation. Generate reports and provide data analysis for decision-making and budgeting.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or company.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision, possess positive work attitude, analytical and problem-solving abilities and able to perform multi-tasking.
- Familiar with Auto count software will be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel to Site.
- Salary: RM 3,000 - RM4,000
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
- Workplace: G-12, Blok, 6, Skudai Hwy, Danga Bay, 80200 Johor Bahru, Johor

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
