**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. After-Sales Service Management**:
- Oversee and manage the after-sales service department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to customers.
- Develop, implement, and monitor after-sales service systems, workflows, and operational standards.
- Address customer inquiries and issues related to large-scale equipment efficiently and professionally.
**2. Team Leadership**:
- Manage a team of service professionals, ensuring effective performance, motivation, and adherence to company standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to maintain technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
**3. Technical Expertise**:
- Ensure all after-sales processes align with Malaysia power distribution system standards.
- Provide technical support and expertise in electrical systems, automation, power supply, and distribution.
**4.Customer Relations**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and implement solutions proactively.
**5.Collaboration with Other Departments**:
- Work closely with sales, operations, and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Support pre-sales and project execution teams by providing insights and feedback from after-sales operations.
**Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in power supply and distribution, including at least 3 years in team management roles.
- Hands-on experience with data centers, substations, and power plants is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing after-sales service departments, including familiarity with large-scale equipment service systems, processes, and standards.
- In-depth understanding of Malaysia's power distribution system standards.
- Proficient in both written and spoken **Mandarin**, essential for communication with Chinese institutions and for operating equipment featuring Mandarin interfaces.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
