**Job Title**: Hotline Support Executive

**Location**: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
**Salary**: RM2,000 - RM2,500 per month

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Working Days**: 5 days per week
**Working Hours**: 9:00am - 6:00pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and manage incoming hotline calls from customers.
- Provide accurate information and assistance in a professional manner.
- Record customer details and update internal systems.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
