About the job**

NielsenIQ ASO (Assortment & Space Optimization) team provides Assortment & Space optimization processes and software for Retailers and Manufacturers and it provides Category Management workshops, projects and outsourcing solutions to clients.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop, drive and deliver category management workshops, projects and outsourcing solutions.
- Work with the ASO Global Markets Group leaders on the overall business plans, strategy and tactics, as well as special ad-hoc projects
- Develop short
- middle
- and long-term business plans for the business Category Management unit.
- Develop, drive sales and support execution of planogram outsourcing processes
- Train retailer and manufacturer clients on Category Management workshops throughout Asia Pacific
- Identify and train other potential internal trainers in the region
- Update existing training material, create additional workshops and/or cooperate with third parties
- Create Thought Leadership material related to Category Management
- Raise internal awareness of Category Management solutions internally within NielsenIQ Asia Pacific
- Work closely with a group of peers in similar roles across the globe.
**About you**

In this role, you’ll be a part of the ASO APAC regional leadership team, interacting with local and global stakeholders and client to drive growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Atleast 6+ years relevant experience in a Modern Trade market in trade or brand marketing, sales management, category management, key account management or another relevant role at a manufacturer or retailer.
- A go-getter, self starter attitude without fear of challenges
- Someone who is a strategic thinker and executor; sees the vision, defines the big picture into action
- Excellent ability to communicate with others and build communication and messaging strategies for product initiatives
- A fresh perspective - ability to think creatively, to push for results; won’t accept the status quo
- Demonstrated senior-level influence, stakeholder engagement, organizational savvy, and ability to work directly with senior level personnel at existing and prospective clients.
- Excellent Presentation & Training skills
