**Responsibilities**:
1. **Requirement Gathering**: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.

2. **Process Analysis**: Analyse existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

3. **Documentation**: Create clear and comprehensive requirement documents, use cases, user stories, process flow diagrams, and other artifacts to communicate business needs to technical teams.

4. **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as a liaison between business users, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of requirements.

5. **Solution Design**: Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements, align with best practices, and leverage available technologies.

6. **Quality Assurance**: Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, test cases, and perform testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and are free of defects.
