**We are now on hunt for Director at Gratitude Malaysia who is knowledgeable in Recruitment and BPO companies.**

Experience: Minimum 15 - 18 years

Budget : 15k MYR - 20k MYR (Malaysia Market)

Location : Kuala Lumpur (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:

- Creating business strategies and proposing implementation methods.
- Communicating with company executives and board members.
- Conducting manager performance reviews.
- Preparing business plans, budgets and schedules.
- Providing managers have the resources they need.
- Developing and executing the company's business strategies. Providing strategic

advice to the board and chairperson. Preparing and implementing comprehensive

business plans to facilitate achievement.
- Identify and research potential clients. Develop and maintain client relationships.

Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals. Negotiate

contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ensuring that the business operates at a profit and meets its goals.
