Takaful Advisor

**Madinah Group** is an insurance agency affiliate of Prudential Assurance (M) Bhd, consist of 11 managers and 400 consultants working together under one brand name, Madinah Group. We provide consultation mainly on life insurance, investment, education plan, retirement plan, income protection, and general insurance. We have been in the insurance industry with Prudential for the past 19 years and our vision is to be the No. 1 agency force in sales, recruitment, and services for our people and customers. Our branch offices are located at Damansara Intan, Kajang, Taiping, Ipoh, Kota Bharu, Kemaman and Kuantan.

**Skills**:

- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must
- Good IT knowledge, Words Doc and Excel is an added value
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good interpersonal skills

**Job Scope**:

- Sales and Marketing
- Recruiting new team members
- Conduct career talks in universities, colleges, and associations.
- Attend daily training through Zoom platform at 8 am
- Comply with sales target and give full commitment to all company's meetings

**Education**:

- Preferable with Diploma or Degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance & Takaful, Finance, Banking, Marketing & Sales will be an advantage
- Working experience in sales and marketing as an added value
