**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process work orders from the Assistant Purchasing Manager.
- Clarify customer inquiries via Marketing Department.
- Submit quotations for approval; ensure timely supplier deliveries.
- Coordinate with Operations for delivery schedules and documents.
- Handle returns, issue Goods Return Notes, and collect Credit Notes.
- Update systems and maintain data accuracy.
- Adhere to quality and environmental policies.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years experience in marine/shipping industry preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
