Key Responsibilities
- **Territory Management**: Visit assigned retail outlets, supermarkets, and wholesalers to build relationships, promote, and replenish Power Root products.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and surpass monthly/quarterly sales goals, focusing on distribution growth, shelf visibility, and product availability.
- **New Account Development**: Identify and onboard new retailers, negotiate pricing, conduct promotions, and secure listings.
- **Order Processing**: Submit orders based on pricing and literature; ensure accurate documentation.
- **Merchandising & Display**: Set up point‑of‑sale displays, maintain brand standards, and ensure correct shelf placements.

**Requirements**:

- **1-3 years** proven FMCG sales experience (e.g. Sales Merchandiser)
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in **English, Malay, and optionally Chinese**.
- Self‑motivated, energetic, able to work independently with strong time‑management skills.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and flexible scheduling (day shifts, some weekends for activations).
- Possess **GDL License**
