We are looking for a creative and passionate **Content Creator & Social Media Executive** to join our dynamic restaurant team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging content, including images, videos, reels, blogs, stories, and captions that resonate with our target audience.
- Plan and execute social media content to promote restaurant promotions, events, menu items, and new openings.
- Manage content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions (comments, messages, reviews) in a timely and friendly manner, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Develop a monthly or weekly content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, restaurant events, holidays, and promotions.
- Schedule and post content on time, ensuring consistency and relevancy in posting frequency.
- Edit and enhance photos/videos to ensure content is visually appealing and aligned with the brand aesthetic.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management, ideally within the food and beverage or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and photo editing software (e.g., Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and a passion for food and hospitality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data.
