**Responsibilities**:

- **Tanggungjawab Kerja**

**Pengurusan Pengeluaran & Penghantaran Tepat Masa**
- Merancang dan mengurus jadual pengeluaran harian serta mingguan bagi mencapai sasaran barisan pemasangan seat motor.
- Memantau kemajuan pengeluaran dan menyelesaikan sebarang masalah dengan segera untuk mengelakkan kelewatan.
- Melaksanakan amalan 5S, mengoptimumkan susun atur barisan dan meningkatkan aliran kerja supaya lebih cekap.

**Penyelenggaraan Peralatan & Kawalan Kos**
- Mengetuai pemeriksaan harian mesin, penyelenggaraan asas serta pembaikan kecil.
- Menyokong pasukan teknikal dalam kerja penyelenggaraan pencegahan untuk mengurangkan kerosakan mesin.
- Memantau kos buruh, kadar kecacatan, penggunaan alatan dan PPE. Menyediakan laporan kos serta mencadangkan penambahbaikan.

**Latihan Pekerja & Kawalan Kualiti**
- Menyediakan pelan latihan untuk pekerja baharu (contoh: proses pemasangan, piawaian ujian).
- Melaksanakan sistem “buddy” untuk meningkatkan kemahiran pekerja dan memastikan semua lulus ujian kelayakan kerja.
- Menyelia pemeriksaan kualiti semasa pengeluaran (produk pertama, pemeriksaan berterusan, dan semakan semula) untuk mengurangkan kadar kecacatan.

**Kerjasama & Komunikasi**
- Bertindak sebagai penghubung antara pasukan pengurusan Malaysia dan China bagi memastikan arahan pengeluaran serta kualiti yang jelas.
- Bekerjasama dengan pasukan gudang dan bahan untuk memastikan bekalan bahan mencukupi di barisan pengeluaran.
- Membina kerjasama pasukan, menyelesaikan isu pekerja, serta menyokong kerjasama yang lancar antara kakitangan tempatan dan pengurusan dari China.

**Syarat Kerja**
- Fasih dalam **Bahasa Mandarin, Bahasa Inggeris, dan Bahasa Melayu** (penting untuk komunikasi serantau).
- Minimum **SPM**.
- Sekurang-kurangnya **3 tahun pengalaman dalam pembuatan/perkilangan**.
- Pengetahuan tentang operasi barisan pemasangan serta asas alat lean (contoh: pengiraan masa piawai).
- Sanggup bekerja secara **syif bergilir (siang/malam)**.
