**About the Job**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Expertise and Support**:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of Pathomics Health’s clinical diagnostics portfolio, including pathology and molecular diagnostics solutions.
- Provide technical and product-related guidance to customers and internal teams, ensuring proper understanding and usage.

**Sales Enablement**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for clients and partners.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, laboratories, and medical institutions to promote Pathomics Health’s products.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

**Market Insights and Feedback**:

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform product positioning and market strategies.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to cross-functional teams to support product improvement initiatives.

**Promotional Activities**:

- Participate in marketing events, such as conferences, workshops, and exhibitions, to showcase Pathomics Health’s offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight product value propositions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical sciences, biotechnology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, product specialist, or technical support role within the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
- Strong understanding of the clinical diagnostics market in Malaysia, with knowledge of pathology and molecular diagnostics being an advantage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to diverse audiences.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and healthcare policies governing the diagnostics industry in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in English and Malay required.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
