Help the reservation team in their job by offering to them all the technical information in order to engage with customers in a professional manner.
- Make sure that the reservation team and front office representatives are completely aware about all the high season dates, the closed dates, the available dates.
- Reservation supervisor could accept reservation requests, and do all the needed action to complete the reservation
- You should be aware about all the hotel programs, services, accommodations types, promotions, rates, and facilities.
- Help customers during their accommodation period in any request.
- Supervise the system adopted by the organization to be able to track all the phone calls received and the actions token.
- Being a part of the pre-arrival process, also, helps in the rooming listing.
- Keep the positive and professional environment between the staff.
- Collaborate with the sales team during a fixed meeting to see the situation of work flow.
- Manage the packages, offers and rates of the hotel in the software.
- Monitor all the different ways of reservation like the online reservation.
- Check all the reservations to avoid any mistakes during uploading data to the software.
- Manage all the available data on the different channels.
- Work on creating an account to the hotel on the different hotel reservation platform.
- Know all the hotel policies, procedures and payment methods.
- Check all the reservations daily to avoid any delay.
- Updates on the hotel system in case of no show, cancellation.
- Update the records of the available rooms, rates, daily reservation, cancellations, rooms in book, amendments and no show.
- Check all the environments before the customer’s arrival.
- Work in managing the reservations to be able to guarantee the highest room occupancy by adopting the different strategies.
- Manage the front desk guest service agents to ensure the highest customer support.
- Offer the required training to the sales reservation team.
- Maximize the number of rooms to guarantee the more reservations requested.
- Deliver the special request to be offered on the fixed time.
- Manage the VIP Request and the special request in a professional manner.
- Work on generating offers, packages on a regular basis.
- Take the incoming calls.
- Ensure safety and policies.
- Check the arrival of the VIP and special requests.
- Have a strong knowledge about the hotel’s products and services, also train the staff with all the products and services.
- Schedule the required activities.
- Assign tasks to the different staff.
- Solve problems that could face the reservation process and the customer support and services.
- Do the marketing activities to promote the hotel in the different online platforms for hotels and booking reservations.
