- Menguruskan dan merekod semua urusan keluar masuk duit.
- Menguruskan semua urusan pembayaran.
- Menyediakan laporan kewangan bulanan, suku tahunan, dan tahunan seperti penyata pendapatan, kunci kira-kira, dan penyata aliran tunai.
**Tugas kerja Admin**
- Menguruskan proses order harian untuk team operasi buat penghantaran.
- Membungkus dan menyiapkan order.
- Merekod stok keluar dan masuk.
- Laporan order bulanan dan tahunan.
- Laporan inventori bulanan dan tahunan.
**Syarat**
- Cekap menggunakan Excel dan Google Sheet.
- Memiliki lesen memandu dan ada kenderaan sendiri untuk ke pejabat.
- Komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Malaysia.
- Sikap yang baik, fleksibel dalam pendekatan, dan bersedia untuk belajar.
- Menepati masa.
- Boleh bekerja di Eco Grandeur, Puncak Alam.
- Tinggal berdekatan Eco Grandeur, Puncak Alam.
