**Job Description for Marketing Associate**

ThoughtFull is hiring a Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to take on a broad range of responsibilities spanning marketing operations, content coordination, campaign support, and digital engagement.

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll be supporting core marketing functions — from CRM and data hygiene to merchandise and social media support — while also gaining exposure to brand, content, and campaign execution.

What you will do:

- ** Marketing Operations**- Assist in campaign execution and tracking performance across digital and offline channels- Maintain and update internal marketing calendars and asset libraries- Support internal reporting and preparation of marketing performance decks
- **CRM & Database Management**- **Merchandise Production Support**- Assist in sourcing quotations from suppliers for marketing merchandise; Coordinate production timelines, approvals, and deliveries with vendors- Track inventory levels and assist with merchandise logistics for events or campaigns
- **Social Media Support**- Gather and organize photo/video assets from internal teams for social content- Aid in content ideation and creation
- **Content & Communication Support**- Assist with proofreading, formatting, and light editing of marketing materials- Collaborate on content calendars and campaign ideas with the team- Help ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

**Requirements**:
**About You**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
- A can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and collaborative mindset
- Good verbal and written communication skills
