JR32227 Project/Program Manager
- Understand short-term and long-term goals and how they relate to company goals.
- Assist in driving program and project across various functions within the group using common methods & metrics.
- Drives accountability through clear communication, informal feedback, effective project management and appropriate usage of metrics.
- Develops metrics for benchmarking Project Performance and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Prioritize and align Project/Program goals with counter-parts goals across departments.
- Manage Program Teams and Stakeholders. Identify Stakeholders and manage expectations
- Maintain program support through interaction with senior leaders. Provide ideas and recommendations to leadership on department initiatives.
- Define alignment of programs to company strategic objectives
- Define scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve program goals
- Plan and schedule program timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Execute, Track/Monitor/Control and Close Programs milestones and deliverables
- Identify potential crises, and develop and execute resolution plans
- Provide periodic department updates to review status and future goals and objectives
- Create an environment of motivation to foster team engagement, where “winning as a team” is a way of life
- Foster an environment where innovative thinking and intelligent risk taking is promoted
- Identify, develop, and implement organizational initiatives that drive benchmark culture
- Know the competition; be aware of how strategies and tactics work in the market place
- Actively collaborate with global partners to reach aligned decisions
