**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are aligned with the team's objectives, leveraging available resources effectively.
- Coordinate and synchronize projects, managing interdependencies between various programs to drive successful outcomes.
- Perform the submission, review, and management of key processes, including:

- Generating Workfront tickets to engage the internal Marcom team in the creation of creative assets
- Coordinating revisions to messaging documents and creative assets with production agencies
- Facilitating legal review and obtaining approval for creative assets
- Managing translation requests for messaging documents through collaboration with translation agencies.
- Ensure the seamless upload of creative files to our asset management system, ensuring efficient organization and accessibility
- Execute a comprehensive product end-of-life management strategy by collaborating with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Supply / Demand Planning teams
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement within program management processes and drive their implementation.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related discipline
- Demonstrates an enthusiastic attitude with a 'can-do' approach to tasks and briefs, regardless of their size or complexity. Proactively and resourcefully tackles all aspects of the role
- Possesses excellent time management skills, demonstrating the ability to multitask and autonomously problem-solve
- Exhibits exceptional communication skills, effectively managing and collaborating with internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and deadline-oriented with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently
- Previous experience in program management, preferably within a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in utilizing project and portfolio management software to plan, execute, and track programs
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment of deliverables with team objectives
