Job responsibility
- Communicating with customers on new product Tooling Design.
- Organize Tooling Design/ECN review meeting together with related departments(Design/fabrication/production)
- Submit DFM/ECN report,review such reprot with customer and lockdown.
- TPR tooling Plan and follow up.
- Organize tool trials, review FAI/CPK reports and Tooling Qualification.
Requirement
- Proficient in Tooling engineering (mechanical drawing, mechanical principles, etc.)
- More than 3 years of working experience in the Tooling industry, familiar with Tooling design/manufacturing and molding process.
- Good skills in using office software.(Power Point/Excel)
- Language: English/Mandarin Chinese
- Familiar at least one mechanical design software (such as UG, Pro-E, SolidWorks, etc.)
