Job description:

  • Interpret customer product requirements (BOM, drawings, processes), materials sourcing, materials costing, engineering readiness (DFX, Tooling), project scheduling/critical path analysis, qualification requirements, packaging requirements and deliveries.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction Index (CSI, MOR, KPI) and TQRDCEB indicators.
  • Work closely with customer to achieve their goals in pricing, technology requirements and business models (VMI, CTO, DTL, Hub).
  • Managers all areas of NPI/FA/Mass pro activities with extensive teamwork.
  • Extensive knowledges in financial management (forecast preparation, P&L)
  • Very experienced in managing both local and international based customers.
  • Assist in the development of business plans, strategies and approaches to take advantages of business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year (s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production operations or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Chinese will be considered an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM6,500.00 per month
