- Membantu tukang masak menyediakan bahan makanan untuk dimasak.
- Membantu dalam pergerakan dan penyimpanan bahan mentah dan peralatan.
- Sentiasa mematuhi piawaian kebersihan diri semasa bertugas.
- Dapatkan peluang untuk belajar tentang operasi dapur dan restoran.
- Menyediakan bahan makanan untuk tukang masak, termasuk membasuh, mengupas, memotong dan menghiris bahan.
- Membantu kakitangan dapur memunggah bekalan makanan.
- Mencuci dan mengeringkan semua pinggan mangkuk, perkakas, alat memasak dan papan pemotong dengan betul.
- Menyimpan kemas semua peralatan, alatan memasak, pinggan mangkuk, dan papan pemotong di tempat masing-masing.
- Membungkus pesanan bawa pulang mengikut keperluan.
- Membuang sampah, menggantikan beg sampah, dan membasuh tong sampah.
- Mengemop dan menyapu kawasan dapur mengikut keperluan.
- Menyimpan bahan dan bahan makanan mengikut piawaian keselamatan makanan.
