**Responsibilities**:
We are hiring IT Admin to join our team at Kuala Lumpur.

**Job description**:

- Provide support on Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications.
- Support Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks and Wireless Networks, in conjunction with the Corporate IT Networking Team
- Onsite support for the Malaysian office network and supporting network equipment and infrastructure equipment
- Remote support for regional site users
- Basic administration tasks with Active Directory and working knowledge of Azure AD
- Manage work using service desk and utilise database to analyse trends and recommend course of action to reduce incoming calls.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential customer service problems.
- Recommend and implement changes necessary to improve departmental processes and procedures to improve IT service within organization.
- Manage projects and provide input to develop global standardisations.
- Proactively evangelize and advise on the right Office 365 products to users based on their needs and requirements
- Housekeeping of Server Rooms during onsite
- Work closely with Corporate IT Organization; adhere to guidelines and overall strategies.
- Responsibility for safe work practices in all areas.
- Ad hoc and Project related tasks as requested by management.
- Adhere to Information Security Policies and actively support Cyber Security Strategic initiatives..

For Network:

- Create, manage, support and monitor network from server to office
- Firewall and VPN improvement (currently Sophos XG115, ~40 users) with proper routing and policies. This is open to suggestions for improvement.
- Create separate networking group and guest wifi access
- Create documentation on network infrastructure.
