Responsible for full spectrum of purchasing process, prepare Purchase Order and liaise with suppliers to ensure all products are supplied and delivered are in accordance to Purchase Order
- Assist for price negotiation and expediting purchases, prepare and issue request for quotation, evaluate quotations, negotiate and prepare recommendation to Head of Contracts/Contracts Manager/Procurement Manager
- Maintain lowest material cost by sourcing for new source, perform cost-down activities and conduct price comparison
- Direct procurement policies to ensure all items are purchased and delivered within budget and time constraints
- Identity and source new suppliers
- Manage supplier process based on price, quality support capacity and reliability
- Develop, negotiate and administer purchasing agreement and contracts with suppliers in support of organization requirements
- Prepare purchase orders for proper authorization and compliance with organizational policy and procedures
- Budgeting, costing and cost saving after reviewing the management information available
- Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal department

Qualification:

- Relevant Degree with 1 - 3 year(s) of working experience
- Willing to be based at Port Dickson
- Basic Quantity Surveying knowledge will be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
