**Job Title: Purchasing Officer**

**Location**: Sentul & Batu Caves, Kuala Lumpur
**Salary**: RM2,500 - RM4,000 (based on experience)
**Working Days**: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented **Purchasing Officer** to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services while ensuring timely supplier payments. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth procurement operations and positive supplier relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and evaluate suppliers, products, and services.
- Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms with suppliers.
- Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and track order status.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier details.
- Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs.
- Monitor stock levels and plan purchases accordingly.
- Handle issues related to delayed or defective goods.
- Maintain and monitor supplier payment schedules, ensure timely payments, and liaise with the accounts department on payment processing.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma in a related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in purchasing or procurement is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and purchasing systems.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Willing to work 6 days a week at Batu Caves/Sentul.
