**ROLE DESCRIPTION** Homage is looking for a digitally-savvy Marketing Intern, who is strongly aligned with our mission to transform people's lives through personalized home care. You will be the first point of contact for our online audience, and help to develop an intimate relationship with the community by building our online voice, brand awareness, and loyalty. You should be self-motivated to run independently, follow up consistently, and stay updated on industry developments and your personal growth. In this role, you will also serve as the voice and ambassador of Homage in Malaysia. You must have a deep passion for social media and online marketing, and love talking to people since in-person networking is a big part of the job. Your stakeholders range from public institutions to private firms, including government officials, agencies, as well as enterprise level partners from healthcare to financial institutions. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Assist with market research, data collection, and company publicity - Maintain the company website and social media channels - Curate and produce marketing content - Draft internal / external correspondences via Homage's client relationship management (CRM) tools - Assist in company events and training workshops - Proactively identify new business development opportunities within the market and build relationships with potential partners in the healthcare space - This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing **Requirements**: **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE** - Fluent in English (written and oral) - Writing experience (please submit your writing samples to us) - Hardworking, self-motivated, well-organised, disciplined - Good interpersonal and organisation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency - Computer literacy is essential, especially when dealing with SaaS such as Mailchimp, Google Suite, Hubspot - Basic photo and video editing skills are a plus In other words, - You are highly-motivated and want to create huge impact in a fast-growing startup - You are a go-getter who is able to work independently - You enjoy making day-to-day operations efficient and love finding better ways to improve productivity and "keep the lights on"
