Role Description

This is an on-site internship opportunity for a Marketing Intern located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Marketing Intern will assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and supporting sales efforts. They will contribute to customer engagement initiatives and provide quality customer service while working closely with the marketing team to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences and collaborate with team members.
  • Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends and gather insights for better decision-making.
  • Knowledge and skills in Marketing Strategy and Customer Service to create campaigns and ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Basic understanding of Sales processes and techniques to support business growth efforts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and contribute positively.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proactive and eager to learn with strong organizational skills.
