Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team at Stratford International Language Centre. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing campaigns, supporting events and exhibitions, managing social media content, conducting basic market research, and designing effective advertisements. This role is perfect for a student who is passionate about marketing, education, and creative communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support the marketing team in content creation — social media posts, short videos, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research on competitors, target audiences, and education trends.
  • Help coordinate education exhibitions, open days, and trial classes.
  • Update and maintain the company's social media pages.
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure brand consistency.
  • Assist in preparing reports and analytics to measure marketing performance.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, or related field.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Passion for education and youth engagement is an advantage.
  • Availability to commit for 3 to 6 months (longer internship preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Photography, videography, photo and video editing skills.
  • Experience with content creation or social media management.
  • Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategy.

Internship Duration & Working Hours

  • Duration: 3–6 months
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
  • Allowance: Starting from RM 500
