Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to recruit international students for our English language programmes and to build strong partnerships with global education agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and enrol international students into our English programmes through effective marketing and outreach.
  • Identify, approach, and sign new education agents to expand our recruitment network.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing agents to ensure continuous enrolment flow.
  • Conduct online and offline presentations, consultations, and follow-ups with potential students and partners.
  • Prepare and manage agent contracts, agreements, and required documentation.
  • Track and report recruitment performance, trends, and marketing progress.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to enhance programme visibility.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and negotiate with agents.
  • Experience in student recruitment, education marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working toward targets.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1, RM5,000.00 per month
