**About Us**

The Dalucia Sdn. Bhd. is a fast-growing Malaysian brand specializing in plant-based functional beverages — available through our website, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an **Operations & Fulfillment Executive** to ensure our daily orders, stock, and logistics run smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and fulfill daily customer orders from Shopee, TikTok, and website platforms
- Print airway bills, prepare packing lists, and ensure parcels are shipped on time
- Manage product inventory (record stock in/out, monitor low stock levels)
- Coordinate courier pick-ups and monitor parcel delivery status
- Maintain organized and clean storage and packing areas
- Prepare simple daily reports on orders and stock movement

**Working Hours**

Monday - Friday**:9:00 AM - 6:00 PM**
Saturday**:9:00 AM - 12:00 PM**
Sunday: Off day

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
- Possess a **valid driving license (Class D)** - _required_
- Able to drive a **1-tonne lorry** is an added advantage
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics is preferred
- Basic computer literacy (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Responsible, organized, and proactive
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,759.69 - RM2,227.89 per month
