**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, train, and manage Robin (licensees) to meet operational targets.
- Oversee job schedules and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and maintain service quality.
- Manage resources, including inventory, equipment, and vehicles.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
- Act as a liaison between the operations and office teams.
- Assist in contract renewals and other company-directed tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in operations or team management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SOPs and quality control.
- Excellent customer service mindset.
- Adaptable to a start-up culture with a youthful and dynamic team.
- Valid driver’s license for site visits.
- Must be able to work Saturdays or Sundays (if required).

**Benefits**:

- Salary: RM2,800 - RM3,200
- Allowance: RM200 - RM400
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS contributions.

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Operational or Team Management: 2 years (preferred)
