Our mission is to offer customers exceptional fashion pieces at up to 80% off the original retail price, maintaining a "Treasure Hunt" shopping experience that excites customers each time they visit. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Ensure health, safety, and security protocols are adhered to. - Oversee team members to ensure adherence to company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and work ethics. - Take necessary disciplinary action when required and report discrepancies. - Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Manager. - Encode and track damaged items monthly for deduction purposes. - Pull items from racks for fixing and reshooting. - Follow procedures, rules, and regulations consistently. - Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers; supervise junior staff. - Present problem analyses to managers and assist in resolving operational issues. - Analyze data for future needs and missing items. - Ensure daily stock checks and refills are completed efficiently. - Conduct daily inspections of the rack and warehouse grounds. - Monitor and report any instances of mis-picking items. **QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**: - Knowledge of warehouse data systems. - Strong team player with organizational skills. - Ability to lift or move heavy products. - High school diploma. **SALARY PACKAGE**: - MYR 2,000 - MYR 2,200 **WORKING HOUR**: - 9 hour shifts (inclusive one hour break) - Rotational shift **Job Type**: Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month Schedule: - Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus Work Location: In person **Job Type**: Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month Schedule: - Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
