Key Responsibilities:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Ensure accurate inventory levels by performing regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure proper storage and organization of goods.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure stock levels align with demand and sales forecasts.
- **Warehouse Operations**:

- Oversee the daily operations in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Supervise the proper handling and storage of goods to minimize damage and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for efficient workflow.
- **Order Fulfillment**:

- Ensure timely processing of orders by coordinating with the order management and logistics teams.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality control measures are in place.
- Ensure all outgoing shipments are properly labeled, documented, and dispatched as per company policies.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Identify and address potential safety hazards, and contribute to continuous improvement in warehouse practices.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure effective training and development of new and existing warehouse staff.
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts.
- Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, including stock levels, order fulfillment rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to shipments, returns, or damaged goods.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Previous experience in managing warehouse teams and processes is a plus.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and basic reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
