About the role

Wasco AgroTech, a leading agricultural technology company, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Admin Executive to join our dynamic team in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management and supporting the overall logistics of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Support Warehouse Operations

    Assist the Warehouse Manager in supervising and coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations aligned with company procedures.
  2. Quality Control Coordination

    Ensure that all products scheduled for delivery are properly inspected and approved by the Quality Control (QC) team prior to dispatch.
  3. Accurate Order Fulfillment

    Verify that all deliveries are completed accurately and on time, in strict accordance with the issued Delivery Orders.
  4. Inventory Accuracy and Control

    Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring the availability of stock at all times. Promptly investigate and resolve any discrepancies in stock levels.
  5. Proper Storage of Materials

    Ensure all raw materials and finished goods are stored in an organized, secure, and compliant manner to prevent damage and ensure product integrity.
  6. Stock Discrepancy and Damage Investigation

    Conduct investigations into any cases of damaged goods, missing items, or inventory inconsistencies, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
  7. Safety and Compliance

    Promote and enforce a safe working environment by ensuring all warehouse operations comply with company safety policies and regulatory requirements. Identify and report safety hazards, and support the implementation of preventive measures.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or warehousing role, preferably within the agricultural or manufacturing industry
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for data management and reporting
  4. Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to record-keeping and inventory management
  5. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  6. Adaptability and a proactive mindset to identify and address challenges in a fast-paced environment
