  1. Assist Warehouse Manager in all aspect of Warehouse and Logistics Management function for both incoming and outgoing goods as well as warehouse layout, Inventory control, Logistics arrangement, manpower and documentations.
  2. Manage and monitor daily logistic and warehouse activities, system update, stocks delivery and distribution, stock control, transportation and shipping activities.
  3. To ensure filing of documents is completed on time and accurately.
  4. To organize the layout of warehouse and ensure effective utilization of warehouse spacing.
  5. To plan regular cycle count to ensure accuracy of stock.
  6. To arrange transportation with logistic company on delivery of stocks to customers
  7. To ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and proper and safe functioning of warehouse tools, facilities and equipment.
  8. Responsible for continuous improvements of warehouse and logistics operations.
  9. Performs other job-related functions as and when required by superior
  10. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of an organization's buildings and assets, ensuring that they meet legal requirements and health and safety standards.
  11. Responsible to establish safety procedures and policy, keep up to date HSE updates and knowledge and ensure it is followed thru. Provide training to other employees if needed.
  12. Coordinator for maintenance contractor, including fire fighting system, CCTV, alarm system and monitoring system, power room. Monitor performance of maintenance contractor.

Requirements

  1. At least 3-5 years experiences in Warehouse/ Logistic Management or related field of work.
  2. Capable of managing a team of staff & possess good leadership skill.
  3. Hard working with good working attitudes.
  4. Good planning and organizing skill.
