JOB DESCRITION:

1. Responsible for planning and scheduling all resources including manpower, machineries, materials, logistics, preliminaries and etc

  1. Gathers and analyses information to prepare status reports

  2. Ensures that assignment and scheduling of work follows company SOP

  3. Prepare Weekly & Monthly report containing progress of procurement & delivery and other information required by respective superior

  4. Assisting superior for scheduling control and cost control

  5. Gather actual data, update procurement & delivery schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from operation team

  6. To liaise and coordinate with project managers & relevant parties on project technical matters and with suppliers & subcontractors on supply of materials and services

  7. To create and maintain comprehensive procurement documentation, plans and reports

  8. To assist in project development and execution on and off site

  9. Responsible for inventory management

  10. Stock in & out the inventory

  11. Monitoring the stock ensure third party warehouse report tally with record

  12. Warehouse stock count

  13. Store management

  14. Manage store activities, including storage, loading and unloading of goods

  15. Prepare the matenals needed for project from store

  16. Compliance and documentation

Manage and maintain accurate records, including shipping documents, invoices and inventory reports

  1. Transport and shipping

  2. Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and ensure timely deliveries

  3. Arrange delivery as per the project schedule date
  4. Issue pickling list and delivery order
  5. Follow up & update on the delivery details

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Warehouse Management or any other related field
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, stock movement, and storage procedures.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in handling stock discrepancies and operational issues.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate daily warehouse & logistics activities efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and record-keeping.
  • Basic computer literacy, including MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support daily operations.
  • Physically fit to handle warehouse tasks if needed (loading, arranging goods etc)
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, transporters, and suppliers
  • Mandarin speaker will be added advantages as need to liaise with China Supplier
  • Must possess own transport

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
