**Job Title**: Admin Operation

**Responsibilities/Job Scope**:

- Supervises a team of operations staff in performing their duties.
- Manages the discipline of operation staff and ensures the department is always in organized and efficient manner.
- Arranges, schedules, and plans the daily operational duties to ensure delivery is on time (checking, loading/ unloading products, delivery /transport activities, etc.)
- Ensures compliance with safety rules & regulations, FIFO, operational procedures, and requirements.
- Liaises with internal/external parties on operational matters, delivery/ receipt of products, customer complaints, reports & documentation.
- Any other duties as reasonably requested by the employer.
- To perform any other duties as assigned and any other ad-hoc task required by management teams.

**Working Hours**:
**Monday to Saturday**: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma / Degree in a related field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin).
- Excellent presentation, good communication, and negotiation skills.
- A dynamic person who can work under minimum supervision.

From humble beginnings in 1996, the business is now spearheaded by our current managing director, Mr. Roy Sat who has set the rapid growing pace, leading the business into a major fresh fruits and vegetables importer and distributor. In the short span of 1 year, Roy expanded Nature Farm and shifted it to a new larger facility in Taman Bukit Serdang, Seri Kembangan. To date, we have a workforce of 70 dedicated staff and a fleet of 20 cold trucks to serve our customers.

We strive to be the preferred fresh produce, food products, and ingredients distributor in Malaysia in line with our tagline, “Freshness Guaranteed with Excellent Service.” We have invested in state-of-the-art facilities, cold chain, and food safety management systems to ensure food hygiene and safety at all times.
