**Shipping Assistant / Internship**

**FITSON **is a Singapore-based company founded in 1994 with a strong track record in providing a one-stop provider for plastic injection and mould-making solutions. We specialize in Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) and Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) in mother and baby care and medical grade products with a 100% export to some of the biggest baby product companies.

**What do you need do in this role**:

- Assist for arranging shipment and preparing all import and export shipping documents e.g. Bill of lading, invoice, packing list, permit and other related documents.
- Assist coordinate with production / planner / QA with preparation Shipment Delivery
- Schedule and booking of transportation based on Sales Orders / Customers’ special request/ Goods inspection status (for both local and export deliveries).
- Assist all local and export operations which includes managing forwarding agents, shipping liners, haulage, custom clearance and import.
- To coordinate with warehouse personnel and forwarder for shipment booking and arrangement of containers.
- Assist on resolve problem concerning transportation, logistic system, import and export or custom issue.

**What do you need to have to be successful in this role**:

- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
- Good Written & Verbal communication in English, Malay, or Mandarin.
- Well organized and proactive.
- **Fresh Graduate are welcome**, Training will be provided
