**Job Description: Lecturer (Management)**

**Position Title: Lecturer**

**Department/School: School of Business & Accounting**

**Reporting To: Program Leader**

**Specialization**:

**Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Learning**
- Prepare undergraduate lesson plans, schemes of work, tutorials, assignments, and facilitate class discussions.
- Supervise undergraduate students in research projects and extracurricular activities.
- Utilize the learning management system to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Develop test and examination questions with corresponding marking schemes in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update course portfolios for all classes taught.

**Research**
- Conduct individual and collaborative research initiatives.
- Engage in knowledge generation, exchange, and transfer activities.
- Identify funding sources and assist in securing funds for research or scholarly projects.

**Administration and Other Activities**
- Ensure quality assurance, audit, and compliance with external assessments within assigned areas.
- Oversee program accreditation processes.
- Manage operational tasks including timetabling, assessments, and examinations effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years of lecturing experience in higher education.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing and participating in external professional networks.
- Recognition as a scholar, teacher, or practice-based professional in the field.
- Knowledge of higher education dynamics and diverse teaching delivery methods to engage students.
- Willingness to work on weekends as needed.
- Basic degree must be a minimum of Second-Class Upper division.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
