Overall, our global reach means we can serve our clients' needs in a more targeted and effective manner Key Responsibilities: '¢ Understand business/functional requirements and translate them into test cases. '¢ Perform software testing related to the enhancement and/or development tasks to support project delivery, product support and/or development activities. '¢ Collaborate with Product, PM, SD, Support team on software verification and test activities. '¢ Provide internal support, ensure target response, bridge the issue to R&D team, and provide satisfying solution. '¢ Support and troubleshooting of production issues. '¢ Track defects and follow-through on defect resolutions. '¢ Other related duties as assigned. Requirements: '¢ Relevant diploma or degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. '¢ Min 2 years hands-on experience in Software Quality Testing with working knowledge of QA & testing processes and methodologies. '¢ Experience in HRMS Products especially Payroll and SQL. '¢ Strong analytical, problem identification and solving skills with solution focused mindset and desire to learn. '¢ Be a creative thinker who can quickly identify and test for functional '˜edge cases' outside of expected functionality workflow. '¢ Excellent communication skill and detailed oriented person. '¢ Understanding of HR business process would be advantageous.
