_Melbourne Wealth Group_ is an agricultural-based corporate organisation in Johor Bahru that involves in the business of farming and supplying fresh produces. We are looking for an account cum sales clerk to assist with sales tasks that the business demands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists customers in placing orders
- Attends to customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner
- Transfers calls to appropriate personnel, if or when necessary
- Takes messages and forward them to the relevant parties
- Manages and maintains records of customer interactions and transactions
- Manages and maintains the company's digital presence in various platforms such as website and social media account(s)
- Ensures overall satisfaction by providing accurate information in a timely manner
- Performs other communication tasks as deemed necessary
- Adheres to company's procedures and standards

**Job Requirements**
- Working experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience in being in sales-related positions
- Education: Minimum SPM or its equivalents
- Intermediate proficiency in Malay and English
- Skills: MS Office and Gmail, telephone and faxes, professional and interpersonal communication skill, customer service, basic computing, basic mathematics, information and data entry, social media, organisation (detail-oriented), time management, teamwork and adaptability, and decent attention span
- Attitude: Extroversion and friendly manner are a must
- Age of under 30 years old - fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (required)
