**Job Summary: Operation Assistant**

The Operation Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the proper handling, storage, and shipping of goods. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work as part of a team to maintain inventory accuracy and meet operational needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Assist in the accurate receiving, storing, and labeling of goods.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse inventory to ensure products are easily accessible.
- Perform regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure proper documentation for goods received, stored, and dispatched.

**Order Fulfillment**:

- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders or warehouse requirements.
- Ensure that products are packed correctly and safely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Assist in labeling and sorting goods for efficient delivery and storage.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
- **Warehouse Organization**:

- Keep the warehouse clean and organized by ensuring work areas, aisles, and storage areas are tidy and free of hazards.
- Ensure goods are properly stored in designated areas, following inventory management guidelines.
- Maintain proper shelving and storage organization for quick access to goods.

**Shipping & Receiving Support**:

- Help with the receiving of inbound shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of items received.
- Assist in shipping out outbound orders by preparing packages, ensuring proper labeling, and coordinating shipments with carriers.
- Report any discrepancies in shipment quantities or product conditions to the supervisor.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and procedures, including safe lifting practices and equipment use.
- Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
- Assist with the maintenance of warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other warehouse staff to meet operational goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory status, product movement, or issues.
- Assist other departments when required to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

**Support in Administrative Tasks** (Optional, based on the role):

- Assist in managing and updating inventory records in the system.
- Provide basic administrative support related to order processing, delivery schedules, or inventory counts.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required). Additional qualifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is an advantage but not required.
- Good physical condition and stamina, with the ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management (familiarity with WMS or ERP systems is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and stock control.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Forklift certification or other relevant warehouse certifications are a plus (if applicable).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
