- This is a full time permanent position
- Gross Salary **RM1,600 - RM3,000** (Basic + OT Pay + Commission + Allowances + Bonuses)
- Medical Insurance, Medical Leaves, MC Claims, Annual Leaves, Attendance Allowances, Performance Bonus, Commission Pay, OT Pay, Free Parking etc.
- Working hours**:5 or 6 Days work per week, Morning, Noon or Full Day shift depending on duty roster** (9 hours per day include 2 meal breaks)
- Working Location**:The Exchange TRX **or **Ansa, Jalan Bukit Bintang **or **Eko Cheras Mall **or **Hartamas Shopping Centre **or **Publika **or **Sri Petaling **or **Taman Yulek (Cheras) **or **Pudu Pasar **or **TTDI **or **Sentul Raya Boulevard **or **Kepong **(Can choose either one)

Our client, a reputable **Pharmacy Retail Chains** that was established in year 1994 and they have been growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently expanding their operation team and hence, searching for more **Pharmacy Retail Staffs** to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their marketing and sales team to grow their market presence, embodying and communicating their mission of providing the most Professional and Innovative Pharmacy Services as well as the highest quality products to their customers.

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Helping customers in identifying and purchasing products that will solve their needs
- To ensure that good customer service is demonstrated at all times
- Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines
- Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases
- Performing regular price audits to identify and correct price discrepancies
- Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed

- **Additional Information/ Requirements**:_
- **No experience is required, as on-job training will be provided** (With experience will be an added advantage)
- Minimum possession of SPM qualification/ Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy/ Nursing or equivalent
- A team player who displays initiative at work
- Able to commit in retail working hours including weekends and public holidays (Extra pay for working on PH)
- Friendly, courteous, and self-motivated
