**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Operations Management**
- Oversee daily operations across multiple café outlets.
- Ensure outlets adhere to company SOPs for quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Manage stock levels, conduct regular stock takes, and handle procurement and vendor coordination.
- Prepare and review **monthly reports**: sales, attendance, and OT.
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns or direct selling of café products.

**Team Management & Training**
- Recruit, train, and mentor new baristas and service crew.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and staff meetings.
- Provide hands-on training for coffee preparation, customer service, and POS usage.
- Foster a positive team culture and high employee engagement.

**Sales & Customer Engagement**
- Monitor outlet sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
- Engage directly in selling café products and upselling to customers.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure exceptional service standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3-5 years experience** as a barista, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or outlet management role.
- Strong background in **training, team management, and multi-outlet supervision**.
- Experience in **inventory control, purchasing, and vendor management**.
- Proficient in preparing **sales and operations reports**.
- Willingness and ability to **travel between outlets** as needed.
- **Willing to relocate to Shah Alam**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Barista certifications and/or participation in barista competitions (a strong advantage).
- Knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, and customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and report tracking tools.
- Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
